- Provide the details of the person requiring medical care in Zimbabwe.
- Pay for the service.
- The person is contacted by our medical team and they are booked in for the chosen service.(Every medical Assessment Review includes bloods a Blood Test.)
- If as an outcome from the assessment further tests or treatments are needed those are costed and relayed to the paying part who is given an Invoice Ref Number through an SMS Message or Email. They can then settle this invoice by choosing the option to pay a medical bill then enter the Invoice Ref Number together with the details of the person requiring medical care.
- Once the payment is done we will take charge of further tests or the agreed treatment.
- Our team with the consent of the patient will keep the payment part informed of the patient’s progress and response to the treatment
